I highly encourage you guys to send feedback emails to Nintendo.
Kirox777 nicely explained exactly how to do so in a comment:
"go to nintendo. com and find "contact us" then send your email to "feedback" and if u want to talk about the 3DS send? it to "DS" where it says system and tell them to send the email to the appropriate 3DS department"
